50's housewife dress 3

Perhaps you didn't know it was possible but now you do! We had a 50's Sunday at church and apparently I was the only one in the right era. Everyone else was 60's! Anyways I wanted to do a married housewife dress. I googled, planned to go to the thrift store and the bank account got messed up. So what do craftsters do? We improvise!
