Description
Lighting fixture Cover I made for the baby's room inspired by mermaids. I used a store bought lampshade, Covered it with tulle, Cheesecloth, and LOADS of beads. I strung the beads by hand myself.
The ends have seahorses, shells, and sparkly faceted beads. The faceted beads are upcycled from a hideous necklace I bought at the thrift store.
The cheesecloth and most of the glass beads are from my baby shower. They where decorations or used for things there.
I did add some beads from my personal stash as well.
Total work was about 1.5 days.
